tZero taps former Microsoft exec for CTO role
William Andreozzi, a seasoned fintech professional with over 30 years of experience, will join tZero as its new Chief Technology Officer. He will oversee the company’s technology resources development, management, and evaluation.

tZero, a digital asset service that provides a liquidity platform for private companies and other assets, has appointed William Andreozzi to head its technical strategy and products in the company

Andreozzi has worked in leading capacities in dozens of startups in the technology industry, including Microsoft and ANC. The Chicago-based enterprise architect currently works in a consulting capacity for several companies, including K&N Engineering and California-based MNG Enterprise.
Andreozzi has extensive experience leading development teams and implementing disruptive strategies to scale blockchain companies. He will be responsible for developing tZero’s trading platform and other products.
The AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner isn’t the only professional that tZero has hired recently. In June 2022, the company announced the appointment of ICE founding CTO Edwin Marcial and NYSE chief executive Michael Blaugrand into director roles to its board.
The board, which consists of 6 directors, aims to steer the firm toward growth and innovation in the blockchain sector.
