Enya Labs partners with Dubai Multi Commodities Center to expand web3 in Boba Network

Enya Labs, a core contributor of Boba Network, has partnered with Dubai Multi-Commodities Crypto Center (DMCC) to grow blockchain and Web3 enterprises in Dubai. The hybrid blockchain can access off-chain data to build smarter applications.

Enya Labs and DMCC partner for web3 scaling

Enya Labs is a software innovator founded by a Stanford faculty and alumni team specializing in building distributed systems and developing applications. The Lab announced a partnership with the DMCC, the world’s flagship free zone that deals with precious commodities like gold, energy, steel/metals and agricultural commodities.

Located in Almas Tower, the DMCC Crypto Centre is a comprehensive ecosystem for companies that develop web3 and blockchain technologies, providing everything that crypto businesses and startups need to set up, scale operations, and collaborate across the Dubai economy.

Enya Labs is also a core contributor to the Boba network, which connects Web3 applications to Web2 platforms. Boba’s hybrid computing technology allows developers to build decentralized applications that assess and utilize off-chain data from Web2 platforms while reducing fees and increasing throughput.

Through this partnership, Enya Labs will utilize the Boba Network to provide technical support to DMCC Crypto Centre members interested in scaling their web3 businesses. Enya Labs will also offer a mentorship program and additional support through the DMCC Crypto Academy.

On the other hand, Enya Labs will be able to tap into the growing community of the DMCC Crypto Centre and seek new companies to join the Boba Network. With over 550 members, the DMCC Crypto Centre represents the region’s highest concentration of web3 and blockchain businesses.

Boba Network wants to expand globally

Enya Labs is a core contributor to Boba Network, a multichain layer-2 blockchain scaling solution that enables Web3-Web2 interoperability. The Boba Network also provides expanded capabilities for smart contracts on various blockchain networks like Ethereum, Moonbeam and Avalanche.

Alan Chiu, the co-founder and CEO of Enya Labs, expressed his excitement about the partnership, calling the DMCC Crypto Centre a mature environment with high-potential projects being developed daily. As such, this partnership with DMCC will allow Enya Labs to bring new and exciting web3 companies onto Boba Network, expanding it globally.

Ahmed Bin Sulayem, the Executive Chairman and CEO of DMCC, was impressed by the thriving ecosystem the DMCC has built that allows the Crypto Centre to attract high-profile and impactful players like Enya Labs into Dubai’s web3 space.

Ahmed added that the aim of the partnership with Enya Labs is to further expand the support available to DMCC members, leading to improvements in how they scale their operations both in Dubai and beyond.
